As the United States faces the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, businesses continue to see uncertainty and new risks in the workplace.  Each state has implemented its own set of reopening requirements and industry-specific guidance to reduce risk while the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has issued federal guidance as well.

Beginning in May 2020, Easie launched services to essential business that helped them to return to work safely:

  • Automate an employee email including a dynamically updated link to a survey which tracks employee health and potential Covid-19 exposure

  • Use conditional logic within the survey to notify the employee they are NOT to come in to work if they report possible symptoms or exposure

  • Authorize employees to come in if they do not report possible symptoms or exposure

  • Email HR automatically if an employee reports possible symptoms or exposure with a link to a secure system dashboard

  • Email HR a report every day with a daily submission rate and survey completion rate

Easie successfully released this custom system using commercial off-the-shelf surveys and EasieCloud technology from concept to launch in approximately two weeks. See an example of the launched version live in a client environment below:
