Introducing EasieOps: AI-powered document processing that reduces manual entry by up to 99%
Easie expands its advanced AI product to automatically extract and process data from documents, surpassing traditional OCR and rule-based automation as part of continued rollout
New York, New York — March 3, 2025 — Easie, an implementation-focused business solutions firm operating across 40+ industries, has expanded its AI-driven document processing suite with the launch of EasieOps. This new product streamlines document-heavy workflows by automatically extracting, processing and integrating data into business systems without relying on outdated OCR technology.
EasieOps goes beyond traditional OCR and rule-based automation. Instead of simply extracting text, EasieOps understands the structure, context and intent of documents using proprietary, fine-tuned AI computer vision technology. The software can process highly unstructured, handwritten and industry-specific documents with minimal manual intervention, reducing document processing time by up to 99%. Unlike competitors, EasieOps adapts to customer-specific needs without requiring predefined templates or rigid formatting rules.
Users can upload PDFs and image files into an intuitive interface for automatic processing or use EasieOps’ integrations to process documents without manual upload. Extracted data is logged in an audit trail and sent to a client’s data repository of choice (e.g. CRM, analytics suite or database).
Documents can also be indexed and searched using natural language rather than keywords and users can review and export audit logs in CSV format for compliance and oversight.
Users can also interact with documents through a “document chat” interface, allowing them to ask questions and receive real-time answers based on document content. This feature provides an intuitive way to access key insights without manually searching through pages of text.
EasieOps is currently in use across multiple industries, including insurance for compliance analysis, nonprofits for grant and legislation review and by university researchers for historical document analysis. The software integrates with existing enterprise applications through an API, allowing businesses to automate workflows without process disruption.
“The Easie engineering team developed this solution to assist our clients working in industries that process large amounts of documents. At Easie, one of our core principles is to find better ways to do work. We’ve seen clients struggle with manually processing thousands of documents per month, often with large compliance teams dedicated solely to data entry. EasieOps provides an efficient, scalable solution to reduce this burden and allow teams to focus on higher-value work,” said Rock Vitale, CEO of Easie.
