Easie's process for developing a custom AI chatbot begins with a thorough understanding of the organization's use case. This involves gathering detailed information about the organization's needs and objectives, which informs the development of a comprehensive corpus of data unique to that specific chatbot’s role. Alongside this, organization-specific rules for the conversation are established to ensure the chatbot operates within the desired parameters. After the initial setup, Easie robustly tests the chatbot with the client, allowing for iterative refinements and adjustments based on feedback. This service uses Retrieval augmented generation (RAG), a framework that prevents hallucination by providing AI models with the knowledge that they are missing, based on private data stored in a vector database.
